A Curious Phenomenon

When I suggest that Boris 'Beria' Johnson is not a reality and that he doesn’t actually want to strip us permanently of our freedoms via mask-gate libertarians get very annoyed. There is a strong resentful sense of my threatening a dramatic narrative, in which they play an angry role. This acting out is terribly important to people. In this respect there is a similarity between right and left. Both are enjoying indignation (the left about transgressions against PC etc) and don’t want it taken away from them.
